The pursuit of quality and efficiency for our lab partners and Bertram Dental Lab through technological, mechanical, and financial improvements. A constant drive to learn and understand all things mechanical, IT and finance related in the pursuit of quality through efficiency.

We all can have excuses, but in the end, we are the one choosing our path and decide what we bring into our lives.

What do I love about Bertram Dental Lab?
1)- The History of the Company and leading something bigger than me.
2)- I love that our products improve the quality of life for thousands of people. The RPDs we produce are manufactured in the USA, creating US based jobs and incomes directly in our local community.

As lab manager, I try to create systems to ensure quality and consistency, while still keeping everyone working together. Trying to focus on what is “best for the lab” not what is best for a department or individual.
