A FLEX framework is a CAD designed framework milled from a puck. The framework is extremely accurate and is returned ready for your setup.

A FLEXI partial is a flexible partial injected with your setup. The framework comes back to you complete.

A FLEX clasp is a flexible clasp injected and added to a metal framework.

Workflow

Once an approved account (prior to case shipment) log into the Partner Login at bertramdental.com From here, select “Fillable RX forms” complete the RX online OR you can print it and fill it in by hand.

Ship the gypsum or 3d printed model and RX to BDL using your preferred shipping method OR save money by using our shipping service! We pass our volume savings directly on to you.

Once the model is received, in lab BDL will:

  • Survery, wax, inject, finish and fit to your model for FLEXI partial-(Includes teeth in framework)
    • 5 days in lab-if setup is complete when set to us
    • 10 days in lab if BDL does setup
  • Survery, cad, mill, finish and fit to your model for FLEX framework-(Just a frame no teeth)
    • 5 Days in Lab-(When shipping us a model)
  • Survery, wax, inject, finish, fit for FLEX clasp
    • Added to a metal frame +1 day in lab.
  • All items ship back to you at our cost. (Within the USA)

Product Details

Clear- Offers the same properties and benefits as Duraflex® CAD but in a clear millable form. The flexibility of this material offers increased patient comfort and the digital workflow results in an excellent fit due to the accuracy of scanned models and digital manufacturing. Acrylic saddles to be added to the final frame too.

Zirlux Acetal®- is a semi-flexible material that is extremely universal and mills for a digital workflow. Zirlux Acetal® is 8-10X stronger than PMMA and does not absorb moisture which makes it stain, bacteria and odor-resistant. Acrylic saddles can be applied just like a metal frame which allows for chair side relines.

Duraflex® CAD-is an advanced thermoplastic that produces pink, tissue born, flexible partial denture frameworks in a digital workflow. It does not absorb water, resulting in a partial denture that is resistant to stains, bacteria and odors.
