How do we partner with BDL and send work?
1st Ensure you are a registered account and have an account with BDL. If not, click HERE to register.
You have the option to ship gypsum models, 3d printed models or impressions to BDL. (There is an additional fee to pour up models from impressions)
BDL also accepts your completed RPD design .stl files for manufacturing via our LazerTEK Print Service.
How do I send model or IOS scans?
Simply log into our Partner Portal (Here) and upload your .STL scan files to Upload a File.

Who pays shipping?
- BDL pays return shipping. Next day service to most locations.
- You pay shipping (for physical models/cases) shipped to BDL.
- Save money and get our discounted shipping rates by printing labels directly from our website.

BDL is paperless, monthly statements are emailed. Account History is available in our Partner Portal.

Do your alloys have Nickel or Beryllium in them?
NO all alloys used for BDL products are Nickel and Beryllium free.
How long has Bertram Dental Lab been in business?
Since 1976, with production in the USA.
What is the cut off time for uploading RPD design files for print service?
3pm CST is the cut off. Files after 3pm will move to the following day for LazerTEK® print service.
