Since 2016, BDL exclusively prints using German SLM Solutions printers, the same cutting-edge technology used for precision aerospace and automotive components. These are the same industrial-grade printers used by Bugatti for manufacturing their high-performance supercar brake systems —proving the strength and accuracy of our printed products.
Workflow
Once an approved account (prior to case shipment), log into the Partner Login at bertramdental.com. From here, select Fillable RX forms, complete the RX online or print it and fill it in by hand.
Ship the gypsum or 3D-printed model and RX to BDL using your preferred shipping method or save money using our shipping service! We pass our volume savings directly on to you.
Once the model is received, in-lab BDL will:
- Survey and design your Frame RPE, Ortho Bands, or Band & Loop framework on your model
- Scan your model and CAD-design your ortho appliance
- LazerTEK® print your high-precision Ortho product using our German industrial printers
- Polish, refine, and fit the appliance to your model using our proprietary 3-step process
- Ship back to you at our cost (customers within the USA)
- 5-day in-lab turnaround time
