Workflow
Once an approved account (prior to case shipment) log into the Partner Login at bertramdental.com From here, select “Fillable RX forms” complete the RX online OR you can print it and fill it in by hand.
Ship the gypsum or 3d printed model and RX to BDL using your preferred shipping method OR save money by using our shipping service! We pass our volume savings directly on to you.
Once the model is received, in lab BDL will:
- Survey and design by hand on your model
- Scan your model and CAD design your framework
- LazerTEK® print your rdp with our superior German in-lab printers
- Polish, shine and fit the frame to your model using our proprietary 3 step process
- Ship back to you at our cost (customers within the USA)
- 5 days in lab turnaround time
